The 2005 Energy Act and the recently signed Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 focused tax, grant and loan opportunities throughout the midwest driving our teams "Environmental, Health and Safety" expertise to the forefront of our nations energy crisis. After five years of reducing waste, injuries and environmental impacts to make its customers more profitable, it was a natural transition to utilize these same programs to reduce energy usage. In many cases, such power is eligible for renewable energy credits, further enhancing Co-Gen project’s overall value.
